The terms that apply when you request information, samples or quotations from VanPeak Group.

These terms govern the use of this website and the provision of quotations, samples and manufacturing services by VanPeak Group (registered office: Chenghua District, Chengdu, Sichuan, China). By submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms.
All information you provide in an inquiry is treated as non-confidential unless you mark it confidential in writing. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in a written commercial agreement; pricing, MOQ and lead time may vary with specification, material and destination.
Samples are provided on request. Sample costs are quoted individually and may be waived against a confirmed order. Samples reflect production intent but are not production units.
Production follows our documented QC process: incoming-material, in-process and pre-shipment inspection. Buyers may request third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV or equivalent) at their cost, or a factory audit by appointment.
Buyer-supplied drawings, tooling and brand assets remain the buyer's property and are used only for the agreed production. Tooling and moulds made for a specific buyer remain the buyer's property unless otherwise agreed; our standard engineering and design work remains our property.
Payment and delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP; T/T, L/C) are set per order in the commercial agreement. Title transfers per the agreed Incoterm.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an inquiry or order is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan.
